Our exchange process here at Mr Guild is very simple and straight forward. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange. Firstly, print and complete the exchange form and then return your item/s to our UK’s return address 
Once your item is received by the MrGuild team and passes our thorough quality check, we then provide you with an exchange code via email & text. You can use the exchange code at the checkout when placing a new order and the total amount you have already paid will be deducted from your new total. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and cannnot refund any postage fees. We currently only charge our customers 50% of the express shipping fees that we pay our courier and due to this, we do not provide a free returns service.
PLEASE NOTE: The exchange code does not have an expiry date which allows you to use the code  when you wish.

POST YOUR ITEM BACK TO US WITH IN 14 DAYS
STEP 3
ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE CODE Via EMAIL & TEXT
STEP 4
YOU CAN NOW USE YOUR EXCHANGE CODE  WHEN PLACING YOUR NEXT ORDER
