By placing an order with Mr. Guild London, you are accepting these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order. Unless clearly stated otherwise, where rights and decisions are to be exercised or made at our discretion, then we shall be under no duty or obligation to you to justify or provide a reason for the decision. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions should the need arise.

Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions
“We” and “us” means Mr. Guild,
“You” means the person placing an order.
“The contract is agreed” – by placing and submitting an order online, you are making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.
By using the website to buy products online, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

Hours
“Working Days” means Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and excludes bank, public and statutory holidays.

Ordering
By confirming and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay in payment being received, and we will not accept your order if the payment is not authorised.
If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK or US, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
If you are intending to resell the goods (whether on e-Bay or otherwise) we reserve the right to change the conditions of sale. We will be entitled to treat you as a commercial customer and:
1.1 The terms of our Returns Policy will be withdrawn.
1.2 We will only accept returned goods for an exchange within 14 days from when you receive the goods if they were defective at the time of receipt. Please note all of our items have to pass two counts of quality control before being released to the customer.
1.3 We will charge a reasonable handling fee, which shall exclude packaging and/or delivery costs for which you shall be liable and which will be confirmed prior to your order being accepted.

Terms of Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, and MasterCard via our payment gateway.
The prices shown on our website include any VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.
In the event that a payment is dishonoured by your bank or credit card provider, they (being your bank and credit card provider) may charge a fee. Where we incur any fee or liability as a result of a dishonoured payment, you will be liable to reimburse us in full for the amount we have incurred. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Mr Guild will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records. We reserve the right to instruct a third party to complete these checks. By ordering from our website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order and we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery this may cause. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Deliveries
At Mr Guild we offer FREE UK express shipping on all purchases over £349. We are currently unable to provide a FREE returns label should you require an exchange. It is therefore the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping to send the item back.

Please note: Order placed before 11 am Monday to Thursday will be sent the same day and you can expect your parcel to arrive within 1-2 working days. If you place an order after 11am on a Friday your order will be dispatched the following Monday. No orders will be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays.
Please note that in addition to the items you have purchased you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the chosen timeframe. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your orders.

Our Returns Policy
No Refunds - Exchange Only
Here at Mr Guild London we do NOT offer refunds. Please take this into consideration before ordering any items from us, to avoid disappointment. We understand that this can be quite questionable to some customers however, we have made our policy clear and would urge all customers to bare this in mind before placing an order. By placing an order you will be accepting this policy.

The Reason for Our Policy Are as Following
1. Our products are extremely unique and we only stock a certain amount of quantities in each design, meaning our products are on very high demand. We do not want other customers missing out on their chance of purchasing one of our suits
2. To prevent people from ordering more than one suit to try on and then return all of the items they do not wish to keep. This is not cost effective for us or the customer
3. Mr Guild suits are not like any other garments and are more fragile than usual clothing. Due to this, they need to be steamed and re-pressed due to the shipping process. This again is neither cost or time efficient.
You have 14 days from receiving your product to return any unwanted items back to us,. We will not, under any circumstances accept an exchange for items that have been sent after the 14 day exchange period. If we find your product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a exchange for the product/s.

Suit Returns
When returning an item for an exchange you MUST return the full suit. We cannot accept the exchange of only one or part of a suit.

Footwear Returns
All footwear MUST NOT be tried on outdoors or on hard surfaces. Footwear must not have any visible scratches on any part of the shoe (especially on the bottom) otherwise an exchange will not be authorised.

Faulty / Incorrect Items
Please note all Mr Guild suits have to pass a two tier quality control system before being released. If for any reason you feel as though the suit is faulty in anyway please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to offer you an exchange.

Promotional Codes
Mr Guild promotion codes entitle you to an offer on your online order from www.mrguild.com. To utilise your promotion, enter the coupon code at the basket stage of your order to apply the advertised discount. Please note, promotion codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
Promotion codes are territory specific, remain our property. Promotional codes cannot be used against postage and packaging costs and there is no cash alternative available in respect of the promotional code. Promotional codes will only be accepted if submitted at the point of order. We will not subsequently apply a promotional code if the order is submitted without the prior application of the promotional code at the basket stage. Please check your order thoroughly before placing to avoid disappointment.
Where a promotion code has a specific end date, this will be displayed on all promotional artwork. Please refer to the promotional artwork as promotional codes cannot be used after the expiration date has passed. Mr Guild cannot be held responsible for technical errors resulting in a promotional code not working and/or customers missing the place in which to enter the promotional code, under no circumstances will the equivalent be reimbursed after or during the promotion period. The promotional code will be applied proportionally to the goods. Any exchanges on goods purchased with the benefit of the promotional code will be on the proportional price as indicated in the sales invoice.

Competitions
These terms and conditions apply to all Mr Guild competitions.
To enter a competition, you will be required to comment and/or share the competition post in question. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entrants who use multiple accounts on any social media platform to enter a Mr Guild competition will not be eligible and their entries will not be counted.
One (1) winner will be selected by an impartial, independent panel. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any competition held by Mr Guild is not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or competition.
The panel shall notify the winner via the relevant social media platform via message, on or after the competition end date. To claim their prize, the winner must email Mr Guild within 30 calendar days of being notified, otherwise, an alternative winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above.
The winner agrees that its personal information, and that of the person selected by the winner, including, but not limited to, full name and residential address, may be held and used only by the company, its agents and suppliers to administer the competition and may be disclosed where required by law.
The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include the publication of their name on the Mr Guild website and social media pages.
The company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of any circumstances outside the company’s reasonable control. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the company may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The company shall not be responsible for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entering the competition.
Each entrant agrees to release all social media platforms from any liability in connection with this competition and acknowledges that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with them.
