Refund policy

No Refunds - Exchange Only

All Mr Guild London products are produced strictly on order with some parts personalised such as buttons and certain types of stitching. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel for a refund does not apply to goods that are made on order and are made with certain personalised specifications.

For this reason, refunds are not offered on made-on-orders

We do, however, offer a 14-day returns period for exchanges or store credit only, starting from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

All product images displayed are representative of suits manufactured by Mr Guild London. Customers are responsible for checking all order details, measurements, and selections carefully before placing an order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of receipt so we can investigate and resolve the issue in line with UK consumer law.
