Returns: Mr. Guild hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you wish to return any goods we only offer an exchange and you must adhere to the following:
o Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
o Items must be unworn and unwashed.
o Shoes must be tried on indoors.
o Items must have all tags attached.
We offer an exchange for all customers however, you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Mr. Guild.
