Refunds

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Mrguild London we operate a simple and straight forward returns policy. Simply return your item to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We will refund a product purchased at a reduced price during any sale within 7 days of receipt, provided it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt.

To exchange an item please return your item to us with in 7 days of receipt, our exchange system works the same as a refund, We will issue you a refund which then you can re-order the item/s or new sizes as a complete new order directly via our website.
